Hello Health Bubble burst: MTA not a fan of consumer engagement

Unsurprisingly, the interactive ad campaign ordered to launch Hello Health was taken down by the MTA and CBS Outdoor. Apparently, having people engage in a health dialogue (or graffiti depending on your tastes) in a public forum is not to be encouraged. Instead of allowing for desired interactivity, the powers that be prefer that city denizens mark up posters that aren’t supposed to be written on.

It is interesting that the opposition to spreading a different type of message may come from many unexpected and entrenched sources.  Good luck to Jay as he builds a new practice model.
